Refund Policy for Premium Features
At Onyi, we strive to ensure every gifting experience is seamless and delightful. This policy specifically covers payments made for our Premium Features, which include:
- Anonymous Gifting (Sending without revealing your identity)
- Watermark Removal (Creating a clean, unbranded gift page)
1. General Policy: All Sales Final
Due to the digital and immediate nature of these services, all payments for Premium Features are generally non-refundable.
Once a gift has been sent with the "Anonymous" setting active, or generated without the watermark, the service is considered fully consumed and delivered. We cannot "undo" anonymity once a message is sent, nor can we reclaim a watermarked-free experience once viewed.
2. Eligible Refund Circumstances
We value fairness. We will issue a full refund for Premium Features under the following specific technical circumstances:
- Service Failure: If you paid for Anonymous Gifting but a technical error on our end caused your identity to be revealed to the recipient.
- Delivery Failure: If the gift link associated with the premium feature was never generated or delivered due to a system outage or bug.
- Duplicate Charge: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment processing error.
- Feature Malfunction: If you paid for Watermark Removal, but the Onyi branding/watermark still appeared on the final gift page due to a glitch.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We are unable to process refunds for Premium Features in the following scenarios:
- Change of Mind: You decided you no longer wanted the gift to be anonymous or watermark-free after the gift was sent.
- Recipient Inaction: The recipient did not open, claim, or appreciate the gift.
- User Error: You made a typo, attached the wrong media, or selected the wrong recipient, but the premium features (anonymity/no-watermark) functioned correctly as purchased.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on Section 2, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

- Subject Line: Premium Feature Refund Request - [Transaction ID].
- Include a brief description of the technical issue or error.
- Attach screenshots if applicable (e.g., showing the watermark appeared despite payment).
5. Processing Time
Once your request is received, our team will review the transaction logs.
- Approval: If approved, refunds are processed immediately to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to credit the funds back to your account.
Onyi reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
