    • Images: Photos files you upload.
    • Voice Notes: Audio recordings you create.
    • Event Dates: The date and event name you set.
    • Music Playlists: Playlist links you attach.
    • Questions & Answers: A question you ask and the recipient's reply.
    • Theme & Background Choices: The theme, style, font, flower, and any photo you upload as a background.
  • Usage Data: We collect information on how the Service is accessed and used. This may include your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

3. AI Gift Curator

When you describe a gift to the AI curator, your description is sent to a third-party AI model provider to help design it. That provider is bound by a policy not to use this content for training its models. We also keep your details out of the message entirely: your email address and phone number are never sent to the AI — they are replaced with generic placeholders before anything leaves our servers — and once you have told us who the gift is for, their name is removed from follow-up messages too. The finished gift, your contacts, and everything you upload stay on Onyi's own infrastructure.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for various purposes:

  • To Provide the Service: To send and deliver your gifts and to display the content you have created.
  • To Personalize Your Experience: To remember your settings and preferences.
  • To Ensure Security: To monitor for and prevent fraudulent or inappropriate use of the Service.
  • For Communication: To send you transactional messages about your gifts and account — confirmations, delivery links, and answers to questions you asked.
  • Gift Delivery Only — No Marketing: Any email address or phone number you provide when creating a gift — the recipient's contact and the contact you choose for delivery — is used solely to deliver that specific gift and its related messages. We will never send promotional or marketing messages to those contacts.
  • For Analytics: To understand how our Service is being used so we can improve it.

5. Data Security

We are committed to protecting your data. We use industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
